Overview
Is the Earth round like a ball, or flat like a pancake? That's the topic for Space Shapes, a fantastic introduction to the planetarium for our youngest visitors.
Because the recorded portion is only 9 minutes long, the rest of the program consists of hands-on activities. From a shape scavenger hunt to becoming planets in our solar system, this program is perfect for young guests who love to exlpore.
The program concludes with a brief look at the stars, helping students to find some of the shapes and planets we learn about in the sky.
